Viable (Viable Service Solutions) are a Quality Rework and Inspection Specialist. They provide quality inspection, containment and rework services to a broad range of manufacturers and their supply chains.
The team at Viable have over 30 years experience in the industry, they are well established and have a great portfolio of clients. They approached Zeal to reinvigorate their branding and digital presence.
Similar to Zeal, lots of Viable’s work comes through recommendation. They have a fantastic client list (who are full of superlatives about Viable).
Viable wanted to show off the trust their clients have in their business, gained through hard work and years of experience and expertise. They also wanted their services and solutions more discoverable by potential clients.
After a number of meetings with Viable a plan was agreed and we set about creating (we love creating!).
A quality brand mark tells a potential customer what you are all about. Viable works in a number of different niche markets, they have many different service solutions all of which require trained and experienced personnel / skill-sets, so the brand mark needed to reflect this. After a few meetings with Viable we garnered a really good understanding of the business, it’s services and it’s clients. Using this information we went away and began designing, we went through 3 phases of design before settling on some solid iconography and typography.
Viable has many retained clients, who speak very highly of the business, this sort of stuff is like gold dust. If a company can tell prospective clients about their experience, solutions and solid feedback they are very salable. We wanted the professionalism, experience and diversity of service to be instantly visible on the new website. All of this was considered when we started to put things together. The website we have produced marries incredibly well with the new brand and also displays Viable’s services and experience clearly, through the use of photography, case studies and testimonials.
All of the web work we do is responsive, bespoke and accessible on the multitude of devices we see today.
To this end we take regular backups and conduct weekly health checks to ensure that all of the bits we have put together are working correctly and running smoothly! We understand that not everyone is a web expert we walk all of our clients through the steps needed to get their new shiny site online and visible to everyone on the world wide web!
