Lot9’s mandate is to help their clients find a buyer for any kind of property they need to sell, this could be a family home, a business premises or land.

Lot9 are focused on supporting their clients through every stage of the process, from the first contact to the day the sales funds land.

The company is owned by four very experienced directors with passion for property all brining their unique background to lot9. One director being the ex England footballer and face of BBC’s homes under the hammer, Dion Dublin.

Lot9 came to us looking for a fully bespoke unique website that could be completely tailored around their brand, customers and goals.

It was important to build a website that Lot9 could grow with and develop over the years.


With some of their marketing assets already in place. We used these assets to inspire the look and feel of Lot9’s new website – our primary aim was to create a website that appealed to all degrees of client, from homeowners to corporates, with this in mind we created something clean, friendly and smart.

As with all our website we built Lot9’s new platform to be responsive, easy to navigate and to act as a point of contact for potential new clients.

Fully bespoke, the website conveys Lot9’s mission, passion and experience in the property sales sector. Utilising modern interactive flipbooks Lot9 can easily promote new auctions and allow their clients to browse upcoming lots conveniently from their personal computer or mobile device
