Honeysmith honey is made by Celtic Honeysmiths happy bees collecting pollen and nectar from tree blossoms and wildflowers in the hills and valleys of Wales.
Brian from Celtic Honeysmith has been creating artisan honey with his bees for many years.
The raw honey is taken directly from the hive into the jar.The honey is cold extracted and gently filtered, to maintain the vitality of all the proteins, enzymes, pollen and antibiotic properties, that the bees have worked so hard to put into their wonderfully flavoured honey.
Throughout the year, as the bees feed on the different seasons blossoms and flowers, the honey they produce will vary in colour, flavour and aroma. They work hard to maintain these unique signatures, to bring you all the natural goodness of the Welsh countryside.
The brand began to take shape directly after our first meeting with Brian. From the outset it was very clear to us that if we could imbue the new brand with a modicum of Brian’s personality and enthusiasm we would be onto a winner. We had a number of feedback sessions (over coffee of course!) that helped us to round and shape the new image of the company. The outcome of these feedback sessions was a suite of products that utilise key colours, graphics and verbiage to really showcase the Celtic Honeysmith ethos.
All in all we are delighted with the outcome of the new brand and marketing styles and have received great feedback.
